Prince Harry spoke about the events of his childhood and that he has been talking to a mental health professional, according to insiders.

The Duke of Sussex has revealed that he has been in therapy for several years to try to overcome the trauma of losing his mother, at his first public appearance since stepping back from royal duties.

Speaking at an exclusive JP Morgan event in Miami, which he attended with his wife Meghan, he said he did not regret his decision to step down as a senior member of the Royal family.

Details of their appearance in Miami first emerged in the New York Post after a source told the newspaper: “It was all very hush-hush, with a lot of security.”

The newspaper claims Prince Harry revealed that he had been in therapy for several years to try to come to terms with losing his mother, Diana Princess of Wales, back in 1997.
